IRONMEN vs. AFTERSHOCK Footage from the first NPPL tournament held in Las Vegas in 1996. These were some crazy fields, way out in the desert.Just rock and dirt and not a tree to be found (unless you count the cutouts of Christmas trees they had on one field). Ron Kilbourne of the Bushwackers hosted this event, and spent days building bunkers from all the dumped tires and trash out there. Huntington Beach was NOT the first 'sand' tournament, this was IT.. This is the first of a series of games I filmed, up to the final championship round. I'll post them all. The very beginning of this footage shows the team Phantom Force of Oregon breaking out from the flag station, I stopped filming that game to film Men vs Shock game, fyi.
