Watch the entire renovation of our three derelict cottages in Keinton Mandeville, Somerset, condensed into one 30-minute timelapse! What started as a renovation of three old cottages quickly turned into a much bigger project than we originally anticipated. With major structural work, new extensions, complete roof rebuilds and plenty of unexpected challenges, there was a huge amount of work involved in bringing these properties back to life. This video takes you through the entire transformation, from the early demolition and groundwork right through to the finished homes. Along the way, you'll see: Demolition and stripping back the original cottages Major structural alterations and rebuilding Groundworks, foundations and extensions Traditional stonework using reclaimed materials Timber roof construction and roof tiling Windows, doors and bifold installations Internal renovations and finishing stages Patios, gardens and landscaping The completed three-cottage transformation We've condensed roughly a year's worth of hard work into just 30 minutes, showing the progress from a derelict building site to three completely transformed homes.
