This covers making a clean selection, desaturating and lightening in stages using Blend-If, and a quick pass with Liquify for straightening. Select the teeth with the Lasso Tool, then load that selection as a layer mask so every edit stays contained. 2. Add a Hue/Saturation adjustment layer and drag saturation most of the way down — leave a little color so the teeth don't look grey. 3. Add a Curves adjustment layer and push the midpoint up, then use Blend-If (double-click the layer, hold Alt/Option, drag the shadow slider) to bring back just the darkest areas. 4. Select around all the teeth with the Marquee Tool, fill with white, and use the same Blend-If technique on the highlight slider this time. 5. Stamp a visible layer (Shift+Option/Alt+Cmd/Ctrl+E), open Liquify, and nudge individual teeth into alignment if you need to straighten them too.
