IPS Sushant Nath Controversy | 6 Big Questions Behind Odisha's DGP Battle | Odia News | Asala Katha How did IPS officer Sushant Kumar Nath, a 1993-batch officer once considered a contender for Odisha's DGP post, find himself at the centre of multiple controversies? This special report examines six key developments surrounding the DGP selection dispute, the withdrawal of his integrity certificate, the Odisha Police SI recruitment scam investigation, and the legal battle before the Supreme Court. It also explores serious allegations raised by a former woman jail officer from Choudwar Jail and a suspended jail officer from Balasore, including claims of pressure, harassment and attempts to frame an undertrial prisoner in a brown sugar case. The report separates the DGP selection dispute from the allegations against Nath and examines the questions that remain unanswered. No court has established his guilt in these matters, and the allegations require investigation. Who is right, what is the evidence, and what will the courts decide? Manas Dash examines the six key links behind the controversy. #SushantNath #SushantKumarNath #OdishaDGP #OdishaPolice #DGPControversy #OdishaNews #ChoudwarJail #BalasoreJail #PoliceRecruitmentScam #OdishaSIScam #SupremeCourt #OdishaPolitics #InvestigativeReport #ManasDash #News18Odia Welcome to News18 Odia, your go-to destination for the latest news and updates from across India and beyond.
