A week in my life unplanned | mic'd up gym session, diet, shopping & surfing!

My week consisted of early morning surf watch sessions, eating ninja creamis, training & shopping. We are going to talk injury updates, do a full upper body session, talk skin/acne & many other exciting things! To be completely honest my weeks are not organised, not consistent, sometimes chaotic, but always fun. Sometimes or most of the time I have no idea what my week will look like, routine isn’t quite with me at the moment but that’s why I love to show you my actual reality! 🫶🏼✨ Thanks for all your love!
