Each crit gives 5% of your ult back every 4 seconds, so that's 4.5 seconds shaved off your ult for each crit. Combine that with unending hunt, which reduces ult by 40%, and an extra 10% cooldown reduction on trinket, you're looking at being able to ult every single wave of the horde, sometimes twice if you hit trade a bit. The loss in swift slaying is made up for the fact that you have merc attack speed, ales, and 10% attack speed on melee and charm. This is the best build available for WHC to shoot the team's DPS into infinity. On top of that, you have falchion, which is a super versatile weapon with easy headshot angles on its attacks. You also have kill THP which synergizes super well with witch hunter insta killing elites. Very nice. The one downside to this build is you're going to struggle getting revives because of the lack of BCR. However WHC's eternal guard passive helps alleviate some of that.
