Integration Joint Board Strategic Plan 2025 to 2030 - Our objectives explained

The East Lothian Integration Joint Board (IJB) has released its five-year Strategic Plan covering 2025 to 2030. The plan outlines the IJB’s approach to transforming the development of health and social care service delivery for the benefit of the local population. The plan sets out its roadmap to address current challenges, and support delivery of person-centred, home-first approaches that reduce health inequalities while preparing for future population growth and increasing demand. This video briefly explains what the three core objectives are of the 2025 to 2030 Strategic Plan, which are: 1. Transformation and Change 2. Prevention, Early Intervention, and Self-Management 3.
