--------Cage Rules--------
Each mounting plate or box shall be at least .08-inch thick steel
(I'm using 12 gauge which is .105-inch thick steel)
Each mounting plate or box must be fully welded to the structure of the vehicle
(4 of them are currently welded, the other 4 will be done later on because they can't be welded just yet)
Each mounting plate or box shall not be greater than 100 square inches and shall be no greater than 12-inches or less than 2-inches on a side. The mounting plate may be multi-angled and must not exceed these dimensions in a flat plane
(All other base plates have at least 2" wide sides on them. The longest side of any of the base plates is 7" and complies with the other rule. The biggest base plate comes it at around 93 square inches when over estimating.)
Whenever possible, mounting plates shall extend onto a vertical ssection of the structure such as a rocker box or door pillar
(all of them extend to as many vertical sections as possible/practical)
Any number of tubes may attach to a single plate or to each other.
