Bandsaw Downfeed Revisited/Update

We make the modifications suggested on the previous build videos of adding a 1/4 turn shut off valve, re-seating the check valve ball, and adding a larger handle for the needle valve. I finally get around to using that index collar i made and it worked pretty well.
