John Deere 318 50" deck hub bearing replacement repair

How to replace the bearings and spacers for a fraction of the cost of replacing the entire hub assembly on a 50" JD deck. Shortly after I replaced this one, the others started making noise and developed excessive play. You might as well replace all 3 while you have the deck apart.
