A Very Rainy Day in Edinburgh | Real City Life in Scotland 4K

A very rainy Friday in Edinburgh, Scotland☔ Join me for a real 4K walking tour through the city centre, from the beginning of Leith Walk near the Omni Centre to the National Museum of Scotland. It is Friday, 23 October 2026, and Edinburgh is having one of those very wet autumn mornings. I started filming at around 11 am, with heavy rain, dark skies and puddles everywhere. What surprises me is just how busy the city still is. There are tourists everywhere, umbrellas on almost every street, and people carrying on with their day as though the rain is nothing unusual. We begin near the Omni Centre, at the top of Leith Walk, and head towards St James Quarter. From there, we continue past the famous Balmoral Hotel and make our way onto North Bridge. This is one of my favourite places to look across Edinburgh. Even in the rain, the views towards the Old Town are beautiful. We then continue along South Bridge, passing busy streets, shops and visitors sheltering under umbrellas, before finishing near the National Museum of Scotland. This is not a perfect sunny day in Edinburgh. It is a real Friday morning, with wet streets, heavy rain and the everyday sounds of the city. 🎧 No talking, no music.
