"Bell Plates" performed by Mingyu Son

Scott Lindroth's Bell Plates is a piece for multi-percussion and pre-recorded audio. Edited by 2X1 Media Performer Bio Mingyu Son, percussion ( Daegu, South Korea), was a percussionist of the Daegu Youth Art Symphony Orchestra (DYASO). He performed at John F. Kennedy Center (Washington D.C), Allice Tully Hall (New York City), and The Kimmel Center(Philadelphia). He won the Seoul National University Competition, Yonsei University Competition, and Italy Fermo International Percussion Competition. Mingyu Son is currently working toward his BM in Percussion Performance under Robert van Sice at the Peabody Institute of Johns Hopkins University.
