Mixed Travels (mostly from the past year up to this summer) Recipe: Sauce- I know I said chipotle sauce tho it has no ancho pepper, tastes like it does, tho. 1/4 c mayo 1/4 tsp paprika 1/4 tsp curry powder 1/4 tsp cumin, then added a little more to taste 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper (but I used the Trader Joe's blend for paprika & cayenne - 1/4 tsp) pinch of salt Marinade- 1/8 c soy sauce 1 tbsp rice vinegar squeeze of lemon juice 2 tbsp brown sugar 1 tsp minced ginger 1 tsp minced garlic 1 tsp sesame oil or Japanese BBQ sauce 1/4 tsp crushed red hot peppers 3-4 grindings of black pepper 2 tbsp corn starch 4 chicken breasts wheat hamburger buns 2-3 Anaheim or Poblano peppers- grilled! 4 slices of sharp cheddar cheese romaine lettuce pieces Music: played & composed by me, except a lil' Rush: The Sphere excerpt, I played on guitar & Here Comes the Sun & Yellow Submarine excerpts, a few GarageBand loops on Getty Villa track, but that's a real harp & mandolin hanging on my wall that I used for that old-world vibe!
