Early mornings at Lakey Peak are mostly glassy, 5:45am you have already enough light to surf and these days low-tide is also around 5:00 am so you got the pushing tide! The right-hander needs a bit of a water on the reef to start work for the tubes, but the left works really well in the dead low! Its more and more people are here, specially for the Chritmas Holidays, but the vibe in the lineup is still very friendly!
