偏执 (Affirmation) by QQ Brothers - Official Music Video 官方音乐视频   / qqbros   QQ兄弟虽身在文明而国际化的新加坡，却听过LGBTQ群体的朋友们诉说许多揪心的故事。其中，有父母断绝了关系或责怪家中哥哥姐姐的，有遭社会歧视的，也有亲朋戚友‘好意’劝说他们远离其他LGBTQ或寻求心理医生‘治疗’的。 许多朋友相信还要经过很多年，甚至很多年代，LGBTQ群体和更多样化的生活方式才会得到社会和家庭的认可和接受。 别人眼中的偏执，指被看成过度偏重一边的执着，但一旦得到多数人的肯定和认可以后，就只是执著而已。这首歌就代表QQ兄弟对LGBTQ群体的肯定和认可，对他们克服种种无形的枷锁的勇气致敬。我们希望LGBTQ的朋友们面对压力时还可以勇敢爱自己的现状，勇敢追求自己选择的真爱，毕竟这是人人都该有的基本权力。 台湾在2019年走在全亚洲前端，率先合法化同性婚姻。QQ兄弟在支持此举的当儿，组成了一支本土(新加坡)的音乐团队，并邀请了台湾制作公司“FoggyIncense”拍摄《偏执》这首歌MV，造就了一个跨国界的音乐及艺术作品。 “真爱其实都透明 纯白色包含彩虹 我们期待 能相爱的自由” “总有一天 爱不仅是包容 因了解而接受 因真挚而感动” 以上的歌词代表我们对社会的期望，希望LGBTQ的明天，没有恐惧，没有批判，在包容的环境中享有真爱和幸福。 《QQ 兄弟 - 简介》 音乐道路上的伙伴暨兄弟冯启胜（左）和林伟强相识20年，世纪的五分之一！在这当儿，他们不仅在2007年创办了新加坡Intune 音乐学院，也在许多音乐项目和表演中合作。其中较为显著的是伟强在2014年发行的EP《守护》，启胜就负责了大部分的作曲和制作工作。 启胜和伟强为这个组合取了一个独特而逗趣的名字 - QQ兄弟。 QQ 这个绰号取自两个人的英文名(Qisheng 和weiQiang)。 *** Having grown up in Singapore, QQ Brothers hear of many heart wrenching stories from friends in the LGBTQ community. Some talk about how their parents have disowned them, sent them for ‘treatment’, or even blamed their older siblings for not taking good care of them and letting them ‘turn astray’. Others talk about discrimination from other members of the society, even in an advanced and sophisticated country like Singapore. LGBTQ members have also had to face requests from friends and family, to seek psychiatric treatment, stop mingling with other LGBTQ, or to get themselves cured from this ‘disease’. Many of our friends believe that it will take many more years, or even a couple of generations, before our Singapore society will be more receptive towards the LGBTQ community, and families will be more open and accepting towards more diverse lifestyles. The intention of this song, “Affirmation”, is to show our affirmation and support towards our friends who have lived a life facing discrimination and shame. They have fought so many battles with their inner demons, and finally acquire the courage in their later years to free themselves from their mental anguish. We hope that our LGBTQ friends can fully embrace themselves, and have the courage to pursue love even when society puts them down. Love is universal, and everyone should have the right to love. Taiwan was the first in Asia to legalize same-sex marriage in 2019, and so to show support for this, QQ Brothers decided to engage a Taiwanese production company “Foggy Incense” to film our debut MV for this song, “Affirmation”. Our music team for this song was locally sourced, and so this song is a collaboration between Singaporean and Taiwanese artistic and music talents. “真爱其实都透明 纯白色包含彩虹 我们期待 能相爱的自由” “总有一天 爱不仅是包容 因了解而接受 因真挚而感动” The above quoted lines of lyrics reflect our wish that society can one day be more understanding and accepting, and that the LGBTQ community can pursue their own love and happiness, without having to fear discrimination or judgment from the rest of the society. *QQ Brothers - Introduction* Music buddies aka bros Peng Chi Sheng (Left) and Aaron Matthew Lim have known each other for a total of 20 years now; a 5th of a century! Throughout these 2 decades, they not only founded a Singapore music school - Intune Music - in the year 2007 (It is now in its 14th year of operations), but also collaborated in numerous music projects and performances. For their music journey together, Chi Sheng and Aaron decided to give themselves a unique and fun pop duo name, ‘QQ Brothers’.
