This NEW Healing Change is Incredible… Even Though She Still Has To Fight For Her Life

Ibara got some nice changes in the Season 19 3rd anniversary patch of My Hero Ultra Rumble. They decreased her air melee damage and made her gamma go on cooldown for whiffing but increased the amount of healing she gains through it. Quick correction for the intro they also increased her alpha and beta damage at levels 1 through 8 and the gamma does less damage overall now from the rework. Now it honestly feels like she’s always getting a new change in some way that just makes her even better and this time is no different. Yeah she can’t spam her gamma anymore but the healing burst she gains is very useful. Even still though she has 0 movement and can revive twice making her a very hard focused character. Let me know your thoughts on these changes down below. I also decided to test the new OFA Rising Deku tuning Tenacity on her to see how it feels. I hope you enjoy the chaotic matches with the new Ibara!
