Cetaceans in the Adriatic Sea - Interreg UNDERSEA Project

There are eight species of cetacean living in the Adriatic Sea, even if some are difficult to be seen more then other. Tihana Vučur Blazinić, from the Blue World Institute, illustrate some of their habits and incredible abilities. With the UNDERSEA project we were able to study better the presence of these species in the Adriatic Sea. Cetaceans are sentinel species: they tell us if the ecosystem is healthy or not. So it is very important to better study them, to know more about their presence in the sea.
