How to Draw a Bird on Fence Post in Farmland Landscape

Learn how to draw a peaceful farmland landscape with a bird sitting on a wooden fence post using pencil shading techniques. Materials used :- Pencils Used:- Hard Pencil -2H, and 3H Soft pencil- B, 2B,4B, 6B and 8B Eraser:- Kneaded eraser Tombow Mono Eraser(Pen) Blending Stump Sketch book: Strathmore Sketch Paper -fine tooth surface , Series:-300, dry media. Step 1: Start by lightly sketching the horizon line, distant mountains. Step 2: Use light pencil pressure to draw the mountain outlines. Add soft shading with diagonal strokes to show slopes and depth. Step 3: Draw pine trees in the middle ground create small pine trees using short downward strokes. Keep them darker than the mountains so they stand out. Step 4: Add the farmhouse and fence sketch the farmhouse on the right side and draw the fence posts following the curve of the land to create perspective. Step:5 Use quick upward strokes for grass in the foreground and soft horizontal strokes in the field for a natural farmland look. Step 6: Draw the bird sitting on the wooden fence post. Begin with a simple oval body, small round head, pointed beak, wing shape, tail, and legs. Step7: Darken the eye, beak, wing feathers, tail, and belly shadows. Keep the bird darker than the background because it is the main focus. Step8:Deepen shadows under the bird, fence, trees, and farmhouse.
