Norway oil plant innovates to lower emissions

Norway may be Western Europe's biggest producer of oil and gas but it is investing millions of dollars in developing technology to counter carbon emissions. Despite plans to build a full-scale carbon capture plant being dropped, scientists are finding new ways to forge ahead. Al Jazeera's Emma Hayward reports from Mongstad.
