iPhone 6S Plus not charging - Tristar repair

I got a iPhone 6S Plus that didn't charge. The shop told me they replaced the charging port and battery. New charged battery drained very quickly. All that is a sign of failing Tristar chip. On top of that, they were charging with car charger.
