At The Zetland Arms, South Kensington, Harrison brought together branding and interiors to honour the soul of a Greene King heritage pub through a light-touch refurbishment grounded in research, empathy and authentic storytelling. From its roots among the market gardens of Bute Street, Jackie Mingo, Associate Director, and Claire Siderfin, Creative Director of Branding uncovered a narrative of growth, social connection, and resilience—‘Flourish & Thrive’. This idea inspired every touchpoint of the interior and brand experience, transforming the pub into a vibrant, functional, and emotionally resonant space for today’s guests.
