[東方/Cumbia norteña mexicana/ Cumbia/ Touhou] Cute Devil ~ innocence (Gengetsu’s theme)

It just so randomly came up to me when I was listening to gengetsu’s theme that I thought it could work as a cumbia norteña mexicana, so well I went ahead with it. I did need to get creative with the tambourin portions since the original did ask for hats to go off continuously like that. Also yeah unlike my last norteña mexicana I did put some pc98 synths in there to complement the rest of the song, it also gives the song a technocumbia vibe which I think works as a whole #touhoumusic
