what my grandpa left behind | property tour of my 1890s farmhouse

this video is dedicated to my grandpa, who made this land his home and workspace. he raised his family here with my grandma, and eventually spent time with his grandkids here too. I remember him giving me rides on his tractor around the land and getting a go-kart for me and my cousins too. he always encouraged me to be myself, no matter what anyone thought (actually, especially in the face of what everyone thought). he was a free-minded man with a lot of heart and beliefs. I like imagining him cheering me on as I buy their house and property and make my life here, no matter what everyone thinks. I have to believe that he would absolutely love what I'm doing, that keeps me centered when things get overwhelming for me at times. I want to be a good steward of this land, and take care of what was my family's and now mine. I want to do my best to take care of these buildings and especially his workshop, and I am going to see what I can do to save it.
