A Bengali babu named Bhauko Mukherjee comes in to the Police Station to register an FIR against a man who promised him an year ago, to get him a loan for a flat from a bank named Jhatpat bank if he paid an advance lump sum to the builder of the flat. He informs Inspector Chandramukhi about his situation. Thereafter, she calls in the broker Lokesh loaner who arranged for the flat and interrogates him.
