Mount Vernon Deputy Police Commissioner Jennifer Lackard was arrested for attempted murder after driving her 20 year-old son who allegedly fired into a crowd of rival gang at the Bronx Criminal Court on 29 June 2026. Bad Black cops invariably target and prey on members of the Black community and minorities, when they abuse their authority.
