Making jump rings the easy way - square cut

Jump ring cutting with a Dremel tool. This is how I make jump rings with a nice square cut. Using a grinder has advantages over wire cutters.First, it is much quicker than using wire cutters. Second, you will end up with a nicer cut that is free from sharp burrs. A square cut jump ring looks much better when it's closed because the seam will be less noticeable. In this video I show my jump ring cutting set-up which is easy to put together and works extremely well.
