Alaska Inside Passage Explorations: Part III - Straight of Georgia [Ep. 16-2023]

The third part of my solo sailing voyage, exploring the Alaska Inside Passage, in a Shannon 28 sailboat, in the company of a large cat called 'Minette'. In this episode, I take the path less travelled and explore the Straight of Georgia, British Columbia Canada, a place most boaters pass through as quickly as possible. I find an anchorage all to myself, and a lagoon few know about. I also run aground and drag anchor during a night time squall. I'm awaken when s/v Hoyden bounces into a concrete pier at 1 am.
