Thunderstorm at the Library Desk ⛈️ Heavy Rain & Thunder for Sleep, Study & Reading | 3 Hours

New library corners every week — subscribe so you don't miss the next one. 📚 A storm has settled over the library. You're at the window desk with a single candle, a stack of old books and pages you'll get back to eventually. Heavy rain runs down the tall leaded window; thunder rolls somewhere across the fields, now closer, now far away, never on a schedule. 3 hours of rain on glass, distant and near thunder, candle crackle and the quiet of a large empty room, for deep focus, long reading sessions, or falling asleep to a storm you don't have to be out in. No music, no loops. The Late Shelf is an old university library after closing time. Every video is one corner of the same building: same shelves, same lamps, a different night. New rooms every week. How to use: play at low volume in the background while you study, read or work; for sleep, set a sleep timer and let the storm do the rest. There is no music and no talking. The soundscape is composed for the full length, so nothing repeats. About the visuals and sound: the room is illustrated with AI image and video tools and then animated and composed by us; the rain, thunder and candle are layered from separate recordings so that no two minutes are the same. #ambience #rainsounds #thunderstorm #studyambience #sleepsounds #darkacademia #libraryambience
