I took a phone with 4g and 5g, same network, same location, same moment — one on 4G, one on 5G — and ran 6 real-life tests with a stopwatch on screen. Speedtest, Google Maps, a 1.83 GB download, a WhatsApp file transfer, hotspot, and a full game install. And where 5G made no difference, I say that too.
