I’m Building the Most Capable Volvo XC70 Overlander!

THIS, is the beginning of my Volvo XC70 Overlander build. What started as a $1,900, mostly stock XC70 destined for the scrapper, is slowly turning into something far beyond what I originally imagined. In this video, I’m going over the wagon, what’s already been done to it, the maintenance and upgrades I’ve completed, and everything I have planned for the future. What’s the goal? It’s to build an XC70 that can actually go places most people would never expect a Volvo wagon to go. I’ll be covering the lift, suspension and steering rebuild, off-road tires, recovery gear, protection, camping/overlanding equipment, and eventually taking it out to see what it can really do. But this build isn’t completely up to me. I want to hear what YOU think I should do with it, where I should take it, and what challenges I should put it through. So this is where the build starts.
