I was really surprised when I saw this tool. It was created by National, now Panasonic. It looks new, but it does not work. Its battery is dead, and the internal mechanics are stuck. The reason they stopped using it is because it runs on NiMH batteries, while now they use Lithium batteries. In this video you'll see I changed the battery from NiMH to lithium, disassemble, clearing, assemble and testing. I hope you find this video useful and enjoy!
