GOD WITHIN | LOVE AND LIGHT

GOD WITHIN | LOVE AND LIGHT Kish Sarvetha | SAROJA What if the light we spend our lives searching for has been within us all along? God Within | Love and Light is a song about consciousness, love, healing and the divine presence we may sometimes lose sight of as we move through life. Inspired by the beauty of nature, the journey of a lotus rising through the mud, the endless movement of a river, and the message of love and compassion embodied by Jesus Christ, this song is a reflection on what it means to be human. We experience grief, joy, fear, tenderness and love. We lose our way, question ourselves and search for answers beyond what we know. Yet, even in our darkest moments, we are worthy of love. We are never defined by a single moment, a painful experience or the things we have endured. For me, the divine is deeply connected to consciousness, love and the light we carry within us. It is something we can learn to recognise not only in ourselves, but also in one another. Jesus Christ’s message of compassion, forgiveness and sacrificial love continues to inspire people across the world. This song reflects on that message and the possibility of seeing one another with greater kindness, understanding and love. The lotus does not deny the mud from which it grows. The river does not resist every stone in its path. And healing does not require us to have all the answers. Sometimes, it begins when we allow ourselves to feel, to breathe and to remember that darkness is not the whole story. This is a song about remembering. About finding light without denying the darkness. About allowing ourselves to grow, in our own time, and recognising the love that connects us all. The light was never missing. We were blooming all along. If this song speaks to you, may it bring you a moment of peace, reflection and connection.
