As Palehaven collapses under an energy crisis, OMNIA saves the city with AIRA, a neural system that keeps the lights on but drains humanity of emotion, music and desire. Banished rebels place their hope in Adam, a young man destined to become the savior, and in NEO, a mecha built to restore life to the world. Through raves and guerrillas, the rebels try to resist, waiting for Adam and NEO to free Palehaven. In a city kept alive by an AI system, music is forbidden, emotions are erased, and a rebel movement uses sound and raves to fight back, waiting for their savior to come. John knows too much.
