You need to take extreme ownership over your life and optimize for outcomes. I talk about on this channel about my lowest points and the burnout, anxiety and comparison I always went through. But practically speaking one of biggest needle movers that got my ass out of there was to admit to a lot of flaws and start taking uncomfortable actions to change. yall gotta lock in cuz things are changing very quickly in the tech field.
