Hiking Bright Angel Trail | Grand Canyon National Park, Arizona

Hiking the Bright Angel Trail at Grand Canyon National Park in Arizona! After spending the previous day walking along the South Rim, this time we headed down into the Grand Canyon itself. We spent most of the day on the trail, descending farther and farther into the canyon before eventually turning around and making the long climb back to the rim. Going down wasn’t too bad. Coming back up was a completely different story. 😂 The climb out was exhausting and seemed to go on forever, especially after already spending hours on the trail. But the experience was absolutely worth it. The scenery throughout the hike was breathtaking, and actually standing inside the Grand Canyon and looking up at the enormous canyon walls around us was pretty surreal. It’s one thing to see the Grand Canyon from the rim; experiencing it from inside the canyon gives you a completely different perspective on just how massive it really is.
