I thought it’d be a fun challenge to turn the minimalist electronic soundtrack into something snazzy enough for the Game Brass! The groove of the battle theme from Rockmen sectors of FTL gave me a great idea: to reimagine that groove and the track’s other themes as a hot swing tune. It was a lot trickier than I thought it’d be! Still, I think it’s a fitting tribute to the amazing music of Ben Prunty and an indie gem that soaked up many well-spent hours. Enjoy!
