Why to & How to Install Heel Guards/Heel Taps

In this video I go over the purpose of, and how to install Heel Taps (a.k.a. Heel Guards / Heel Protector Plates) onto a shoe heel with a rubber top lift over a stacked leather construction heel base. I also demonstrate at the end of the video the additional noise they make, and cover the benefits and drawbacks of using them. I purchase them from eBay seller “leathercaresupplystore” item 321961521251, 10 pairs for $6.42.
