Day 3 of Road to Vostok proves that the NPCs aren't my biggest problem. My aim is. We’re heading deeper into Road to Vostok as I continue exploring the Village and Highway zones, searching buildings, collecting better loot, fighting NPCs, and slowly figuring out how this brutal survival game actually works. And then I die. Twice. Not because of some impossible enemy or brilliant AI strategy. My shooting skills are just apparently a greater threat to my survival than anything Road to Vostok can throw at me. But Day 3 also brings an important discovery: spawn shelters. Each zone appears to have a shelter that can give you a major advantage—but getting inside requires finding extremely rare keys. So now the hunt is on. Village explored. Highway pushed further. Shelters discovered. Keys needed. Shooting skills still questionable. This is my first-ever Road to Vostok playthrough, and I'm deliberately learning the game through exploration rather than following a walkthrough.
