Although, sometimes it happens unconsciously. These tracks are a collection of various projects and ideas that I started but never finished, each left incomplete for its own reasons. They didn’t feel like they expressed me, and working on them often gave me headaches, leaving me stuck in a creative dead end. I often forget that this is just part of the creative process, and, in general, a reflection of our human psychology. I can’t always be in the right headspace to create, even though I’m constantly working on music, sometimes in broader and more experimental ways. As I create, I tend to push myself, telling myself it’s not good enough or that I haven’t reached the level I aspire to. Yet sometimes, despite these doubts, when I finish a piece, I end up liking it. I become passionate about it; it brings thoughts, memories, and places to mind. But other times, all it brings is a headache.
