Pulled from the floor. Raw power, no shortcuts. 155 kg logged. 🏛️💯 Welcome to Day 66 of Gym School. Today we are logging a massive strength milestone on this lifelong progress tracking archive! Progressive overload is a game of consistency, and today we put our execution to the ultimate test by pulling a brand-new 155 kg Conventional Deadlift PR—shattering our previous 150 kg limit! Save this high-stakes milestone routine to build a powerful posterior chain: 🦾 The 155kg PR Milestone Posterior Routine: 1️⃣ Conventional Deadlifts - Working up to a Maximum 1-Rep PR Attempt (155 kg)! (Focus on loading the hamstrings, packing the lats, and driving the floor away violently) 2️⃣ Seated Leg Curls - 2 Sets x 20 Reps (High volume metabolic pump to flood the hamstrings with blood right after the heavy lift) 3️⃣ Standing Leg Curls - 2 Sets x 10-12 Reps (Strict isolation to target the hamstrings from a fully extended hip position) 4️⃣ Seated Calf Raises - 3 Sets x 12-15 Reps (Focusing on a deep stretch and holding a 1-second pause at the peak contraction) Coach's Tip: When pulling a heavy 1-rep max like 155 kg, do not let your hips shoot up before the bar leaves the floor! If your hips rise too fast, you turn the lift into a stiff-legged deadlift and put dangerous shear stress on your lower back. Lock your lats, brace your core tight like a tree trunk, and pull with your whole body simultaneously. 💬 The Milestone Comment Check: "What is your current maximum Conventional Deadlift PR? Let me know your exact weight in the comments, and let's see who is moving the heaviest steel!"
