AN UNBEATEN BBQ CHALLENGE! Today we attempt to eat the biggest BBQ challenge in Washington state. The barbeque platter challenge consisted of smoked brisket, smoked turkey chicken, ribs, corned beef and sides of our choices which I chose including southern food classics like coleslaw cornbread, green beans, baked beans, mac & cheese and Mexican street corn! We are in Duvall (Seattle Washington area) at Amarillo Barbecue. This challenge is a large version and rendition of their family meal deals where we got to pick the meats and sides!
