I apologize if I gave you the wrong idea that it was arranged by Ryo Yonemitsu. The song was requested by one of my childhood friends, so I arranged it hoping he would like it. I hope he likes it, so I arranged it. From the intro, it's in 3, 5, 4 time. I haven't used "whammy" in years...
