The daughter of Jane Kulic, who died during the Waukesha Christmas parade tragedy, delivered an emotional speech during a sentencing hearing in the Darrell Brooks trial. Brooks was found guilty on over 70 counts, including intentional homicide, after driving his vehicle through the parade. "My mom was the glue that kept this family together and without her, we've been falling apart," she told the judge in a victim impact statement.
