Get valve cover off place engine on TDC, stuck a rubber hose on the right side of exhaist sprocket to hold it from moving so you won't skip crankshadt sprocket teeth. Now Leave crank and exhaust cam alone. take tensioner cover off move intake cam backwards with a wrench, 24mm if not an adjustable one. Once it tightens under the upper guide, you'll have all the slack you will need on the tensioner guide to replace tensioner, release it and then repeazt process backwards to free engine and check all timing marks remained in position 👍🏻.
