How to Resurface a Warped Cylinder Head - THIS OLD OUTBOARD

It's This Old Outboard. The Cylinder Head for the 87 Johnson 6 hp Finally got here. I did a quick resurfacing on it but it was Warped. It Leaked pretty bad. So did the Thermostat Cover.
