Garden City Battalion Chief Rick Collins Last Radio Call and Ride Home

Battalion Chief Rick Collins retired on April 1, 2021 after more than 32 years with the City of Garden City, Kansas. On the morning of April 2, 2021 as his last shift ended he was given a final ride home with the Honor Guard and had his last call. Thanks for your many years of service to this community, BC Collins!
