The Trades WALKED OFF And Left Me With This Nightmare!

The trades walked off site, leaving me with another building project to sort out! Running a building company is never as straightforward as it looks. From unexpected problems on site to managing different trades, keeping projects moving and dealing with the daily pressures of construction, there’s always something happening. I’m Scott, owner of NGS Group, and on this channel I’m sharing the real behind-the-scenes of running and growing a construction business. From building work and site visits to tools, business challenges and everything in between. No polished nonsense, just real life in the building trade.
