As much as it’s sad that it was ending, I can’t help but look back on the successful winter it was for us in the East. This winter saw us having our first full ride in a major snowstorm, which I will cherish for a long time. This is also one of the final roundtrips we take here before 149 St-Grand Concourse gets its elevators opened and its station renamed. The final touches to the elevator work were starting to be noticeable, but MTA was a little bit behind schedule. One thing I am excited about is that I will return to the (2) and (5) this summer because I don’t have to deal with that group that was wasting my time and energy last year and I’ll be doing more exciting things like sailing in the summer this year.
