XbotGo Falcon v Chameleon v Livebarn Side by Side Video Comparison - 12U AA Youth Ice Hockey Game

North Pittsburgh Wildcats 12U-1 Lundy v Mt Lebanon Hornets 12U AA at Baierl Toyota Ice Complex in Warrendale Pennsylvania PAHL Regular Season Youth Ice Hockey game 21 February 2026 Featuring Side by Side Comparison of the XbotGo Falcon, the XbotGo Chameleon, and the full stream from Livebarn 'Auto' feed. The Falcon was recording at 2.7k and 30FPS on the Ice Hockey Over 14U App setting recording locally and no streaming was active. The Chameleon was using an iPhone 15 Pro Max recording at 1080P 60FPS on the Ice Hockey Over 14U App setting and streamed live to Youtube over the iPhones 5G connection. The rink was NOT marked up for boundaries in the XbotGo App for either camera. I was able to use my Google Pixel 9 Pro XL as both the monitor for the Falcon, and to run the Scoreboard for the Chameleon and toggle between the XbotGo app and Chrome browser without disconnecting either session. Edited video with Clipchamp and exported at 4k resolution to preserve as much quality as possible. The cameras were setup on the same tripod, but I had the Chameleon a bit lower than I'd have liked but ran out of time to move it up higher. This rink is offset from the center red-line so the footage doesn't directly line up with the Livebarn camera, but the tracking still follows closely. Observations after a few uses of the Falcon: Tracking is better than Chameleon Initial setup is easier than Chameleon (local recording only) Auto-Zoom is not consistent and needs work Audio is horrible and needs to be resolved Visual quality needs to be improved As a hockey player family we also use Helios. Helios is a wearable tracker that captures data like strides and other hockey metrics. A great feature is the ability to upload the Livebarn full stream, and it automatically generates shift videos for your player. I have tested this feature thoroughly with both Livebarn, and the Chameleon files captured on either my Android or IOS phone. So far, when I try to upload/use the Falcon files, it does not fully generate the shift videos. This could be due to the Falcon file size which is just over 9GB using 2.7k 30FPS resolution. Something I'll continue to test. https://helioshockey.com/ Links to jump to the video of Falcon Audio on or off versus the iPhone audio on and off, and full screen of each video for a period time, timestamps below: 00:00 - Livebarn Auto Tracking - Livebarn Audio 07:33 - Side by Side Video - Falcon Audio only 08:04 - Side by Side Video - iPhone Audio only 08:34 - Falcon Full Screen - Falcon Audio only 09:04 - Chameleon Full Screen - iPhone Audio only 09:35 - Side by Side Video - Falcon Audio Boosted 100% 10:05 - Side by Side Video - Both Falcon and iPhone Audio on 10:36 - Livebarn & Falcon Side by Side Video - Falcon Audio only 11:06 - Livebarn & Falcon Side by Side Video - Livebarn Audio only 11:37 - Livebarn & Chameleon Side by Side Video - iPhone Audio only 12:07 - Livebarn, Falcon, & Chameleon Side by Side by Side Video - iPhone Audio only 12:37 - Livebarn, Falcon, & Chameleon Side by Side by Side Video - Falcon Audio only 13:08 - Livebarn, Falcon, & Chameleon Side by Side by Side Video - Livebarn Audio only 13:38 - Side by Side Video - Falcon Audio only 18:39 - Livebarn & Falcon Side by Side Video - Falcon Audio only 23:39 - Side by Side Video - iPhone Audio only 28:40 - Falcon Full Screen - iPhone Audio only (using Chameleon iPhone Audio over Falcon video) 38:41 - Falcon Full Screen - Falcon Audio only #XBOTGO #XBOTGOChameleon #XBOTGOFalcon #hockey #IceHockey #youthhockey XBOT GO XBotGo #helios #helioshockey ‪@helioshockey‬ ‪@Livebarn‬ ‪@XbotGo‬ ‪@alex.xbotgo‬ ‪@Mtlebohornets‬ https://xbotgo.com/pages/xbotgo-falcon Discussion and XbotGo Falcon Facebook group   / 1drcnaigen   #icehockey #youthsports #youthhockey #12uhockey #hockey #nhl #sports #NPWildcats #PAHL #wildcats #penguins #preseason #preseasonhockey #MtLebanonHornets #hornets #xbotgo #chameleon @penguins @northpittsburghhomesandlan3432 @npwildcats0116 #baierl #baierltoyotaicecomplex #baierltoyota #peewee #bantam #badgers #allegheny #alleghenybadgers #MidStateMustangs #Mid-StateMustangs #mustangs #northpittsburgh #northpittsburghwildcats Youth Hockey Ice Hockey ‪@Livebarn‬ ‪@Tracesoccer‬
