Montreal is the largest French-speaking city in North America. Fifty years ago it was Canada's biggest city, its financial capital, the centre of everything. Then, in the space of a decade, it lost all of it. What happened next is the part nobody talks about. I spent two days and two nights here — walking, filming, and asking the people who actually live in this city what they think of it. What they told me wasn't what I expected.
